We ate, drank, and explored Hoi An over 4 days in February—2 restaurants including Lim Dining Room's tasting menu, 2 bars, the night market, and the Anantara on the river.
Hoi An in February was lantern-light and tailor fittings, cao lầu noodles found nowhere else, and Lim Dining Room's colonial-house tasting menu as the splurge. Mezcal cocktails in old-town Vietnam felt wrong and worked completely. The Anantara puts the river at your balcony.
We covered 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a night at the Memories show, and a tailor stop at BeBe—all the places that mattered during our visit. January through April, before the heat piles in.
