Dubai — Where We Ate & Drank

Dubai became a repeat stopover for us — four visits, usually straddling the winter months — and it earns the layovers honestly. Pitfire Pizza is the cheap thrill, the Bulgari Bar the expensive one, and Atlantis The Royal the hotel that made us reconsider what a pool should be. Skip July and August unless you enjoy walking through soup.
