We spent a long July eating and drinking our way through Berlin—14 restaurants and 18 bars, from Rüyam's late-night gemüse kebab to Velvet's cocktails in Neukölln.
One long July in Berlin covered a lot of ground: Rüyam's gemüse kebab at 2am, Velvet's produce-obsessed cocktails out in Neukölln, and the East Side Gallery walked off the next morning. We ate at 14 restaurants and drank at 18 bars—everything from El Taco Loco to Oliveto, Magic John's Pizza to the Pergamon Museum café.
Our list is short on white tablecloths and long on places we'd queue for again, which is the most Berlin ratio there is.
