Tel Aviv in April was Rothschild pizza at Lila, Jaffa's flea-market brunch sprawl, and a beach culture that treats Tuesday like the weekend. Cicchetti and Rustico cover the Italian comfort the city inexplicably nails, while The David Kempinski anchors the seafront.
