Tbilisi in August ran on khinkali, qvevri wine and rooftop toasts — Heritage and Usakhelouri for the former, 41° and a cocktail-factory crawl for the latter. We day-tripped to Mtskheta for the monastery views, but kept coming back to the city's dining rooms and bar terraces.
