Prague — Where We Ate & Drank
We ate and drank our way through 19 restaurants and 12 bars in Prague, from Na Kopci's Czech classics to Parlour and Hemingway Bar's world-class cocktails.
Prague in June was beer gardens, the Old-New Synagogue, and a cocktail pedigree (Parlour, Hemingway Bar) that outdrinks the stag-do reputation. Na Kopci up on its hill fed us the Czech classics done properly, while spots like Taro and The Alchemist Bar showed us the city's range beyond pilsner and pork knee.
Spring through early autumn is the window; December's Christmas markets are the other correct answer. Everything here—19 restaurants, 12 bars—we visited ourselves.
