Interlaken hosted us twice in 2022—once in June and again in September—as our base for Jungfrau ambitions: Lauterbrunnen's waterfall wall, Grindelwald's cable cars, paragliders landing in the town park all day. Between adventures, we needed serious refueling.
Hüsi Bierhaus and Aare Korean BBQ Restaurant became regulars, IL BUONGUSTAIO delivered proper Italian, and the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa stood as our belle-époque splurge. We ate at 9 restaurants across those two visits, and these are the ones worth your time.
