Cartagena in February was walled-city evenings at their best: Celele's Caribbean tasting menu leading the food, La Cevichería doing what the name promises, and Café Havana's salsa band sweating through midnight. The Sofitel Santa Clara's convent courtyard is the stay.
December through April brings the breeze that makes it all work. We covered 4 restaurants and 5 bars across our visit, each one we personally tried and would return to.
