Our stay at Constance Prince Maurice was a relaxing one, filled with days sipping French white wine by the pool and afternoons diving to see Mauritius’s finest underwater marvels. There are many luxury hotels and resorts in Mauritius, and driving by them along the coast makes you want to visit each and every one.
